You cancel in the store you paid with, not in the app.
Short answer
On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Berceuse, Cancel Subscription. On Android: Play Store, your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Berceuse, Cancel subscription.
Where to cancel
Berceuse can’t cancel for you: the payment goes through Apple or Google. Deleting the app or your account does not stop the payments.
On iPhone
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Berceuse.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to see it.
No Cancel button, or a date in red? Then the subscription is already cancelled.
Apple’s own page: Cancel a subscription from Apple.
On Android
- Open the Play Store app.
- Tap your profile picture at the top right.
- Tap Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Berceuse.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
Or open your subscriptions in Google Play on your phone.
Google’s own page: Cancel a subscription on Google Play.
Cancel during the free trial
Follow the same steps. On iPhone, Apple asks you to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. On Android, cancel before the trial ends. Then you pay nothing.
After you cancel
You keep Premium until the end of the trial, or of the period you paid for. Until then, Settings still shows Premium active. After that date, Berceuse goes back to the free plan. Your saved mixes stay in your account.
Use the account you paid with
Use the same Apple or Google account you paid with, even on a new phone. The store shows the date your access ends.
See it in Berceuse
In Berceuse, tap Settings in the bar on the left, then Subscription. The app shows your status and these same steps.
