Apple or Google took the payment, so they decide on refunds. We can’t refund it ourselves.
Short answer
On iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com, then Request a refund. On Android: play.google.com, Payments & subscriptions, Budget & order history, then Report a problem.
Who refunds
Berceuse never sees your card. Apple or Google took the payment, and only they can refund it.
On iPhone
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
- Tap “I’d like to”, then choose “Request a refund”.
- Choose the reason, then tap Next.
- Choose the Berceuse subscription, then tap Submit.
Apple says to allow 24 to 48 hours for an answer.
Apple’s own page: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.
On Android
- Go to play.google.com and sign in with your Google account.
- Tap your profile picture at the top right.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & order history.
- Find the Berceuse payment and tap Report a problem.
- Choose the option that fits, fill in the form and say you want a refund.
- Tap Submit.
Google says you usually get a decision within one day. It can take up to four days.
Google’s own page: Request a refund on Google Play.
Stop the next payments too
A refund request does not cancel the subscription. To stop future payments, cancel it in the store as well.
After a refund
When the refund is accepted, Premium stops on your account, and Berceuse goes back to the free plan. Your saved mixes stay in your account.
