When the trial or the subscription ends

Explained5 stepsUpdated 7 October 2026

Your account and your mixes stay. Playing and downloading lock again until you subscribe.

Short answer

Berceuse goes back to the free plan. Your account and saved mixes stay. To play again, open the subscription screen and subscribe.

When it ends

  • If you cancelled, Premium stays until the last day of the trial, or of the period you paid for.
  • If you did not cancel, the store charges the next period, and nothing changes.
  • If the store could not take the payment, Premium can stop. Update your payment method in the store, and Premium comes back.

What changes

  • In Settings, under your name, the label says Free plan.
  • In the bar on the left, Library becomes Premium with a crown.
  • Playing a mix, the mixer, saving and downloading open the subscription screen again.
  • Downloaded mixes stay on the phone, but they play only with the subscription.

What you keep

Your account and your saved mixes stay. They come back when you subscribe again. You can still look around and hear short previews.

Offline for a long time

With a subscription, downloads play with no internet. But with no internet, Berceuse cannot check your subscription. It trusts the last check for 30 days.

After 30 days with no connection, a downloaded mix shows Can't play offline: Connect to the internet to confirm your subscription. Then it plays offline again.

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
  2. Open Berceuse.

Your downloads play offline again. Nothing is deleted.

Come back

  1. Tap Settings in the bar on the left.
  2. Tap Subscribe under your name.
  3. Pick a plan and tap the big button at the bottom.

If the free trial no longer applies to you, the button says Subscribe.
