Your subscription in Settings

Explained4 stepsUpdated 7 October 2026

One small label under your name says where you stand.

Short answer

Tap Settings in the bar on the left. Under your name and email, a small label shows your plan. Tap Subscription for the details.

Where to look

  1. Tap Settings in the bar on the left.
  2. At the top, under your name and email, a small label shows your plan.

What the label means

  • Premium active: your subscription or your free trial is running. It stays until the end of the period, even after you cancel.
  • Free plan: there is no subscription on this account.
  • Lifetime Premium: Premium for good. It does not renew, and there is nothing to cancel.
  • Status unavailable: Berceuse could not check right now. See below.

The big button under your name

  • With no subscription, it says Subscribe. It opens the subscription screen.
  • With a subscription, it says Subscription. It opens a window with your status. With a running subscription, the window also shows how to cancel on iPhone and on Android. Tap Close to close it.

Berceuse does not show the renewal date. The store does: on iPhone in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android in the Play Store, your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions.

If it says Status unavailable

The window says: We cannot confirm your subscription status right now. Check your connection and try again shortly. You can always check billing in the store account you subscribed with.

  1. Check that Wi-Fi or mobile data is on.
  2. Wait a moment, then open Settings again.

Nothing is lost. Your subscription is still with Apple or Google.
