Most messages mean your phone could not reach us for a moment. Your downloads still play.
Short answer
Check Wi-Fi or mobile data, then try the same thing again. Nothing is lost.
First, look at the top of the screen
When your phone has no internet, a strip at the top says You're offline. Downloaded mixes still play.
When your phone is online but our server does not answer, it says Can't reach Berceuse. Your downloads still play.
In both cases, your downloaded mixes still play. The strip goes away by itself when the connection is back.
Most messages have the same fix
Saving, liking, signing in and paying all need the internet. When one of them does not work, Berceuse tells you and changes nothing. Nothing is lost.
- Check that Wi-Fi or mobile data is on, and that airplane mode is off.
- Try the same thing again.
- Still the same? Wait a minute, then try once more.
