Your subscription follows your Veilleuse account. Sign in the same way as before.
Short answer
Sign in with the same account as on your old phone. If the plans screen still shows, tap Restore at the bottom. You do not pay twice.
Veilleuse is for iPhone.
1. Sign in the same way as before
Your diary and your subscription are saved with your Veilleuse account, not on the phone.
- Install Veilleuse on the new iPhone.
- Sign in the way you did on the old phone: Continue with Apple, Continue with Google, or Continue with email with the same address.
- Your babies, your diary and your family come back.
Use the same sign-in as before. A different email makes a new, empty account.
2. If the plans screen shows
- At the bottom of the plans screen, tap Restore. It is the first of the three small links.
- Wait while it says Restoring…
- When you see Restored, the screen closes and the Family plan is open again.
Restore looks for a subscription on the Apple Account of this iPhone. It links that subscription to the Veilleuse account you are signed in with. If you restore while signed in to another Veilleuse account, the subscription moves to that account.
If Restore does not work
- Nothing to restore: No active subscription found for this account. Check that this iPhone uses the Apple Account that paid. Open the Settings app and tap your name, then Subscriptions. Veilleuse should be in the list.
- Could not restore purchases. Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data, then tap Restore again.
- Purchase restored: Apple found your subscription, but Veilleuse could not confirm it yet. Read Paid but still locked.
You joined a family?
If someone invited you with a code, you do not need Restore. Sign in with your own account. The family owner's subscription covers you.
