You cancel with Apple, in your iPhone Settings. Veilleuse cannot cancel for you.
Short answer
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, Subscriptions, Veilleuse, then Cancel Subscription. You keep full access until the end date Apple shows.
Veilleuse is for iPhone.
Where to cancel
The payment goes through Apple, so you cancel with Apple. Deleting the app or your Veilleuse account does not stop the payments.
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Veilleuse.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to see it.
No Cancel button, or an end date in red? Then the subscription is already cancelled.

During the first month
On the monthly plan, the first month is at half price. Cancel at least 24 hours before that month ends, and the full price never starts. You keep the Family plan until the end of the month.
After you cancel
- You keep full access until the end date Apple shows. Your family keeps it too.
- On that date, the Family plan stops and the family goes back to the Free plan. Your diary stays saved. Read what happens when the subscription ends.
- Changed your mind? Subscribe again from the plans screen.
Veilleuse is not in your list?
Use the same Apple Account you paid with, even on a new phone. Apple suggests you search your email for "receipt from Apple" to see which Apple Account paid.

Tap Settings, then Subscription. The app shows your status and the same steps. Follow the line that starts with Apple.
