Your babies, your diary and your family stay saved. You keep logging one baby for free. Subscribe again and it is all there.
Short answer
Nothing is deleted. The family goes back to the Free plan: you keep logging one baby by hand. Voice, the week, her usual day on the Home cards, reminders and the carers' access stop until someone subscribes again.
Veilleuse is for iPhone.
When it happens
The subscription ends on the date Apple shows after you cancel, after a refund, or when Apple cannot take the payment. A first month at half price that you cancelled ends the same way, at the end of that month.
What stays
Nothing is deleted. Your babies, every entry, your family and the people in it stay saved with your account.
What stays free
- Logging one baby by hand: the first baby that was added. Your other babies stay there to see.
- The timers, the lock screen timer and Siri's fixed sentences.
- The guides, and the export to a spreadsheet.
What stops
- Voice, asking, "Tell Veilleuse", the week, her usual day on the Home cards and the reminders. When you tap one, Veilleuse opens the plans screen. To close it, tap the round cross at the top right.
- Logging for your other babies.
- The carers you invited see a note instead of the diary, This family is paused, because the owner's subscription covered them.
Get everything back
- Open the plans screen: tap Settings, then Subscribe.
- Choose a price and tap the big button at the bottom.
- Your diary is there, as you left it. Your family is back in too.
