Logging one baby by hand is free, for as long as you like. The Family plan adds voice, the week, her usual day on every card, reminders and more people.

Free, for as long as you like
- Logging one baby by hand: sleep, feeds, nappies, pumping, baths, tooth brushing, growth and medicine.
- The timers, and the timer on your lock screen.
- Siri, except "Tell Veilleuse".
- The guides in the app.
- Export to a spreadsheet, and import from Huckleberry or Nara Baby.
Nothing on the Free plan stops after a few days.
What the Family plan adds
- Logging by voice, and asking your diary a question.
- Asking Claire about babies.
- "Tell Veilleuse" with Siri.
- The week, with one small chart for each kind.
- Her usual day on every Home card, and the sleep, nappy, milk and meal reminders.
- Up to 3 babies and 3 carers, each on their own phone.
It is $11.99 a month, with the first month at half price, or $79.99 a year, for the whole family. There is no free trial. See The plans screen.
The small locks
On the Free plan, a small lock sits on what needs the Family plan: the calendar square, the round + and Ask in the bar at the bottom. On Home, her usual day in each card is blurred, under a lock that says Needs the Family plan. Tapping one opens the plans screen. Close it with the round cross at the top right, and you are back where you were.
If something you try needs the Family plan, the plans screen opens over the screen you are on. Nothing you typed is lost.
A baby you cannot log
On the Free plan, a family logs one baby: the first baby that was added. If the family has more babies, for example after the Family plan ended, the others are still there to see. Under their name on Home, a line says logging for them needs the Family plan. Tap it to see the plans.
A paused family
When the owner's Family plan ends, the carers they invited see a note instead of the diary: This family is paused. Nothing is deleted. It all comes back as soon as the owner subscribes again.
