Can I get a refund?
Refunds go through Apple or Google, who took the payment. We can’t refund it ourselves.
- On iPhone: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, then Request a refund.
- On Android: on play.google.com, Payments & subscriptions, Budget & order history, then Report a problem.
After a refund, Berceuse goes back to the free plan.
