An import stopped with a message

Under Import stopped, the message tells you what happened:

• This file does not look like a Huckleberry or Nara export. Pick the file you exported from Huckleberry or Nara Baby. A photo, a PDF or a file exported from Veilleuse can’t be imported.
• This file is too big. The limit is 5 MB. Veilleuse can’t read a file over 5 MB. Ask us if yours is bigger.
• No children were found in this file. This Nara Baby file has no child in it. Check that you exported the right file.
• Importing for this baby needs the Family plan. On the Free plan, you import only for the first baby added. For a carer, what counts is the owner’s Family plan.
• An import is already running for this baby. Try again in a moment. Someone in the family is already importing for this baby. Wait a few minutes, then try again.
• The import did not finish. Importing the same file again adds only what is missing. Check your internet, then import the same file again. Nothing is added twice.
