Apple takes the payment, so Apple decides on refunds. SkipTube cannot refund you.
Short answer
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, tap "I'd like to", then "Request a refund". Choose the reason, then SkipTube, then Submit.
SkipTube is for iPhone.
Ask Apple
SkipTube never sees your card or your payment. Refunds are decided by Apple.
These are Apple's own steps:
- Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account that paid.
- Tap "I'd like to", then choose "Request a refund".
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
- Choose SkipTube, then choose Submit.
Apple says to wait 24 to 48 hours for an update on your request.

There is nothing to cancel
Pro is one payment, not a subscription. So there is no next payment to stop.
After a refund
When Apple refunds Pro, your SkipTube account goes back to the free plan. Your saved videos, history and settings stay on your account. Nothing is lost.
