From your baby's own last 7 days, each card on Home shows what is usual and what comes next. It never guesses from averages.
Short answer
Under the band of each Home card, circles show her usual day, and the big time on the right says what comes next, such as next nap or next milk. Tap Show to see her day as a clock. It is part of the Family plan.

Where it is
On Home, each card shows her usual day under its coloured band, above its entries. Sleep, Feed, Nappy, Pumping, Bath, Tooth brushing and Medication each have one, for the baby shown at the top. It looks the same in Today and in Last 24 h.
The circles
On the left, a row of circles: one for each time it usually happens in her day.
- A full circle with a tick: done.
- A brown circle, on the Nappy card: a poo.
- A circle that glows: it is running now, such as a nap.
- A dashed circle: the next one.
- An empty circle: still to come.
On the Feed card, her meals show as the paintings of the foods she ate.
What comes next
On the right, in large type, is the time of the next one, with a small word above it:
- Sleep: next nap, bedtime, or wakes up while she sleeps.
- Feed: next milk and next meal.
- Nappy: next poo. A ~ before the time means about.
- The other cards: next pump, next bath, next brushing and next dose.
Under the time, a small line says how long until then. When it is late, the card says any time now.
The bar
Under the circles, a bar fills up as the day goes. Its line compares today with a usual day, for example "370 ml so far · usually 440 ml". On the Sleep card, it says how long she has been awake or asleep, and how long usually.
Her day, opened
Under the bar, a row carries her name or "her", for example Her usual day, with Show on the right. Tap it to open her day. It opens above the row, and the row then says Hide.
- A clock of her whole day. Noon is at the top, midnight at the bottom, and the night is shaded. Her paintings sit at the times they happened, and her sleeps are arcs. Pale paintings are her usual times still to come. A hand points at now. The next one has a dashed ring, and the middle of the clock says what comes next.
- One tip from her own days. On the Sleep card, it gives how many hours babies her age sleep in a day, next to her usual total. On the other cards, it compares with last week, or says when it usually happens.
- On a usual day: up to 3 small boxes, such as her number of naps, the time between milk feeds, or her bedtime.
- Compared with last week: up to 3 small boxes with what changed since last week. They show once last week has 3 days logged.
Where the times come from
The times come only from your baby's own last 7 days, from what you logged. Not from her age, and never from averages of other babies. The card works it out again each minute and after each log. The more you log, the closer the times get.
On the Medication card, only daily doses count, never vaccines.
Feeds fit around her sleep
No feed is said to be due while she sleeps. If the next milk or meal would fall in her next nap or her night, the card moves it to when she usually wakes up. While she sleeps, a feed that is due waits for her to wake. After the night, the next meal is her usual first meal of the morning.
The milk and meal reminders use the same times.
It says it is learning
For the first days, the card shows one line: it is learning her days, with how many of the 3 days are logged. It needs 3 days of logs first. Keep logging what that card counts. For a sleep, log its start and its end. The learning line is never blurred.
A card you never used, such as Pumping if you do not pump, shows nothing.
Under 6 months
Before 6 months, her usual day on the Feed card follows her milk only, with no meals, and the Tooth brushing card shows no usual day. This follows the birth date on her page, whatever you log.
Blurred, on the Free plan
Her usual day is part of the Family plan. On the Free plan, it is blurred, under a lock that says Needs the Family plan. Tap it to see the plans. See What is free, and what the Family plan adds.
The reminders use the same times. See Sleep, nappy, milk and meal reminders.
