Subscribe, with your first month at half price

No free trial

Veilleuse has no free trial. Logging one baby by hand is free, for as long as you like. The Family plan adds the rest. On the monthly plan, its first month costs half: $5.99 instead of $11.99. Prices are in US dollars. In other countries, the App Store shows the price in your currency.

Subscribe

1. Open the plans screen. It shows at the end of the first screens.
2. Tap Monthly. Yearly is chosen first.
3. The title now says Your first month at half price. The line under it gives the price of the first month, then the full price.
4. Tap the big button at the bottom: Subscribe.
5. Apple shows its own payment window. Confirm there, the same way you confirm any App Store purchase.
6. The plans screen closes. The Family plan is open for your whole family.

You can also tap Settings, then Subscribe.

What happens next

• You pay the first month, at half price, when you confirm.
• After one month, the plan renews automatically at $11.99 a month.
• To stop before the full price, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the first month. You cancel in your iPhone Settings, not in Veilleuse. See Cancel your subscription.
• After you cancel, you keep the Family plan until the end of that month. Then the family goes back to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.

One subscription covers your whole family. The people you invite pay nothing.

The yearly plan

Yearly is $79.99 a year. It has no first month offer, so the title does not change when you choose it. Its card shows what it comes to each month.

No half price on the screen?

You tapped Monthly, and the title does not say Your first month at half price. Then the offer is not open to this Apple Account. Apple gives an offer like this only once per Apple Account. If this Apple Account already had the old free trial of Veilleuse, it may not get the half price month. The line under the button then says Renews automatically. Cancel anytime. The monthly plan is $11.99 from the first month.

If the purchase does not start

You may see Could not start purchase with Check your connection and signed-in account, then try again.

1. Check that your iPhone has Wi-Fi or mobile data.
2. Check that you are signed in with your Apple Account: open the Settings app on your iPhone. Your name shows at the top.
3. Tap the big button again.

If you closed Apple's payment window yourself, nothing was bought and no message shows. Tap the big button again when you are ready.
