Quick answer
How do I play last night's mix again?
When you open the app, the bar at the bottom shows your last mix with Tap to resume.
Tap the round play button in that bar. The mix plays.
With no internet, it plays only if it is downloaded. If the app says Can't play offline, connect to Wi-Fi or mobile data, then tap play again.
