Quick answer

A bar at the top says I’m offline

  • You're offline. Downloaded mixes still play. Your phone has no internet. Your downloaded mixes still play.
  • Can't reach Berceuse. Your downloads still play. Your phone is connected, but can’t reach us for now. Wait a few minutes.

The bar goes away by itself when the connection is back.
