It says: That code did not work

The invite code could not be used. It may have a typo, be more than 7 days old, or have been used already. Each code works for one person.

1. Check the 8 characters, one by one.
2. Try again.
3. If it still fails, ask the person who invited you for a new code. They make it under Invite a carer on the baby’s page.

If your account already has its own family with a baby, it can’t join another one. See Already in a family.
