Tap the entry. Its page lists your answers, one per row. Tap a row to change it, then save. Delete is at the bottom of the same page.
Short answer
Tap the entry on Home (or in the week). Tap the row to change, change it, tap Done, then Save. To remove it, tap Delete at the bottom of the page.

Open the entry
Today: on Home, tap the entry in its card. Each card shows the 2 newest. Tap See all under them to see the rest.
Another day:
- Tap the calendar at the bottom left of the screen. The week opens.
- Tap the day's column.
- Tap the entry.
The entry's page opens. It lists your answers, one per row, such as When, Side or Amount.
If you see Could not load this log., the entry is older than what your phone keeps. Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data, close the page and open the entry again.
Change it
- Tap the row to change. That question opens, with your answer ticked.
- Change the answer.
- Tap Done. You are back on the list.
- Tap Save.
The page closes and the entry is updated for the whole family.
A row that is not filled in yet shows what to add, such as Add a note on a bath or a tooth brushing.
Delete it
Tap Delete, in red at the bottom of the page. The entry is deleted at once. There is no second question. If you deleted the wrong one, add it again with the + on its Home card.
If you see We could not delete that entry. Please try again., nothing was deleted. Tap Delete again.
A timer you forgot to stop
- Stop it now: tap the round stop button in its card on Home.
- Tap the entry that appears in the card.
- Tap the row of the end, such as Woke up or Ended, and set when it really ended.
- Tap Done, then Save.
A sleep or a feed that still runs shows Still asleep or Still running on that row. You can change its start while it runs.
An entry from Siri or the voice
They are entries like the others. Open and change them the same way.
