Save to says "Could not update your account. Try again."

The change did not reach your YouTube account. Nothing was changed. This is usually a connection problem.

1. Check that you have Wi-Fi or mobile data.
2. Tap the list or the button again.

If the Save to panel says Could not load your playlists, tap Try again to read your playlists again.
